Peter and Lyn Cram commenced the Sherilee Square Dance Club in 1974. Our first “official” venue was the Uniting Church hall in Marmion Avenue, Blair Athol. Weekly dances were conducted there for approximately 12 months.
Our next location was the Uniting Church hall in Montague Road, Modbury North. Club dances were held here for approximately 18 months.
Our third and last venue was the Anglican Church hall, Jeffcott Street, North Adelaide where the club ran dances for approximately 18 months.
Four years after it began, a decision was made to close the Sherilee Square Dance Club.
